Restrict team reports to certain profiles

In a firm where each consultant must only see their own activity, team reports are kept for the managing partners, and everyone keeps their own figures. The candidate pool and the client accounts stay shared by all.

The profile's Hierarchy Restriction box is not the right tool: it does not apply to recruitment and CRM data, and it hides colleagues' calendars.

Restrict a report to certain profiles

  1. Open the report, then click Edit.
  2. In the Access block, set Visible by to the profiles concerned, for example Administrator. Do the same for Updatable by.
  3. Click Update.

Other profiles no longer see this report in the Reports menus. The setting applies to your own reports and to the ready-made Performance Analysis and Candidates Activities Analysis reports: their page is then refused to other profiles.

Remove team widgets from the dashboard

  1. In the side menu, open Settings > Administration.
  2. Expand Users, click Profiles, then your consultants' profile.
  3. In the Widgets section, remove Recruitment Kpis, Candidates actions analysis and CRM - KPIS, then save.

What each consultant keeps

  • Recruitment: from My Jobs, the Reports button opens Performance Analysis and Activity Analysis, limited to the connected user.
  • CRM: from My Contacts, the Reports button opens the same analyses, limited to the connected user.
  • Custom reports: add a filter on a person field (Created by, Recruiter, Manager…) with the connected user operator. The report then only shows the data of whoever opens it. You can prepare template reports with this filter, visible to the consultants' profile and editable by administrators, that each consultant duplicates.
