Step 6 - Update the recruitment process or define new ones

The recruitment process defines the steps your jobs' candidates go through. It shapes each job page (one column per step), triggers the emails sent to candidates and the status changes, and feeds your reports. It is therefore best to adapt it to the way you recruit before creating your first jobs.

Nicoka provides a Standard process with six steps. You can change it, for example add an Incoming applications step to keep the applications you receive apart from the candidates you source, or create other processes (executives, internships and work-study, internal recruitment…).
